Cancellation policy

Please note, strictly 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment without incurring the full cost of your treatment. This fee can be waived depending on circumstances, eg medical emergency, a cold, cough, viral symptoms, and at my discretion. It’s important that you cancel and rebook another appointment at that time to avoid the fee. If you have bought a course of treatments or a voucher, this is non-refundable but can be transferred to friends and family. Gift vouchers for treatment cannot be honoured if they have gone beyond their expiry date. 

Rescheduling policy

Sometimes cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are unavoidable, the costs of room rental, travel expenses, preparation time, as well as lost booking opportunities for other clients are all affected by late cancellations. Please be respectful of this and if your appointment needs to be changed, please give me at least 24 hours notice.

Missed session

Please note, appointments changed within 24 hours notice, and missed sessions or “No Shows” are also responsible for the full service fee. If you are on a course of treatment then you may forfeit that treatment, I am there for your appointment whether you show up or not.  

Punctuality & Courtesy

Your late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. I have reserved this time for you and you only, and have other clients booked in for their specific appointment time too directly afterwards. Please arrive promptly so that I help you get the best from your treatment session.
